About Andrew
I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to wellness. With extensive experience in outpatient counseling, sports nutrition, acute care, and community nutrition, I bring a comprehensive understanding of diverse dietary needs and health challenges.
Approach to care
My unique approach centers on compassion and simplicity, making nutrition both accessible and user-friendly. I prioritize building strong, empathetic relationships with my clients, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their journey. I listen actively to my clients’ concerns and experiences, creating a safe space for open dialogue. I break down complex nutritional information into easy-to-understand concepts and apply them to each client’s unique lifestyle.
Your first session with Andrew
In our first session, you’ll experience a compassionate and straightforward conversation focused on understanding you and your goals. The 60-minute visit centers on building trust, active listening, and reviewing your health history, daily eating patterns, and challenges. We’ll clarify your short-, medium-, and long-term goals, and I’ll translate nutrition science into 2–3 simple, sustainable steps tailored to your life, preferences, culture, budget, and access. We’ll agree on practical next steps and provide easy-to-use handouts. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your patterns, starter changes, a short plan, and ongoing support in a collaborative partnership.
