I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience, focused on helping people make nutrition feel simple and realistic. I take a supportive, non-judgmental approach and work with clients to build sustainable habits that fit into their everyday lives. I also teach group fitness and value the role of movement in overall health and well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy walking and hiking, strength training, cooking, traveling, listening to music, and spending time with family.

Your first session with Amy

We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, discuss your current eating patterns and routines, and explore your relationship with food. From there, we’ll set short-term, achievable goals and outline clear next steps. You don’t need to have it all figured out—we’ll work together to create a realistic plan you can start using right away.
