About Amber

Sixteen years as a Registered Dietitian have taught me there’s no single path to better health. With clinical and industry experience and an MBA in Health Care Management, I combine science, systems thinking, and real-world problem solving to help people build sustainable habits. As an RDN and LDN who also holds a CDCES, I focus on practical strategies that fit your life. I enjoy meeting people where they are and crafting plans that are realistic and flexible. Outside work I recharge by baking, working out, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Approach to care

Evidence and empathy guide the work we do together. I ground recommendations in current research and proven protocols, while creating a warm, non-judgmental space where your experiences and preferences drive our plan. We’ll prioritize sustainable behavior change over quick fixes, focusing on function, energy, and overall wellbeing rather than a number on a scale. I take a weight-neutral, holistic view of health and aim to give clear, actionable steps plus the education you need to make choices that last.

Your first session with Amber

Expect a thoughtful, low-pressure conversation where we put the pieces together. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring, and take a deep dive into your relationship with food, routines, and what has or hasn’t worked. This is judgment-free; you don’t need to have everything figured out. Together we’ll translate your history and data into one or two realistic short-term goals and a clear next step you can try before our next visit.
