About Alexis

Hi, I’m Alexis, a Registered Dietitian who’s dedicated to helping people understand nutrition in a way that feels simple and approachable. With experience in clinical settings, corporate wellness, and private practice, I’ve developed a style of care that focuses on meeting you where you are and building sustainable habits that fit your real life—without extremes. I truly believe everyone has their own unique story, and I’m here to support you in creating a balanced, lasting approach to nutrition that works for you!

Approach to care

My care philosophy is rooted in the belief that nutrition should feel supportive—not overwhelming or restrictive. While evidence guides the recommendations I make, I recognize that each person’s life and experiences shape how those plans truly work. I practice through a weight-neutral lens and take a holistic approach to health, looking beyond nutrition to include sleep, stress, movement, and the social side of eating. My goal is to provide clear, science-based guidance that feels compassionate, realistic, and easy to apply. I take a collaborative approach, supporting you as we make small, meaningful changes that grow into sustainable, lasting habits over time.

Your first session with Alexis

When we meet for the first time, the focus is on getting to know you—not checking boxes. I want to hear your story: your history with food, what frustrates you, what’s worked, and what you hope to change. This is a judgment-free conversation, and you don’t need to have all the answers ahead of time. Together, we’ll identify a few practical next steps that feel doable, so you leave the session with clarity and momentum instead of pressure. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions, share concerns, and clarify what you hope to gain from working with a dietitian!
