I work with individuals looking to improve their overall health, manage or prevent diabetes and prediabetes, support heart health, and navigate healthy aging. I also help clients with both weight loss and weight gain in a sustainable, realistic way, without restrictive dieting. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build habits that fit your life, so you can feel your best and maintain results long term.

In your first session, we will: Review your health history, labs (if available), and current concerns Discuss your typical eating patterns, lifestyle habits, sleep, and activity Identify your goals (weight loss, weight gain, diabetes management, heart health, etc.) Begin creating a personalized, sustainable plan You can expect practical recommendations and small, achievable steps to get started right away. We’ll chat about your current routine, what’s working, what’s frustrating, and what you want to change. This session is collaborative and designed to set a strong foundation for long-term success.
