While to focus is on nutrition, agatha really shows intrest in my life and cares about how my week was. About Agatha
Food and movement have always been part of how I make sense of health. As an RDN with six years of experience and a degree from Boston University, I’ve worked in clinical and hospital settings, in sports nutrition, and at the Massachusetts General Hospital Weight Center supporting patients through medical and surgical treatment paths for obesity. Outside the clinic you'll find me running, rock climbing, hiking, or soaking up time outdoors. I enjoy translating evidence into practical steps we can try together.
Approach to care
I center our work on current evidence while staying deeply attuned to your life, values, and goals. In a warm, nonjudgmental space we'll name what’s working and what feels hard, then turn that into clear, practical actions. I focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes, use a weight-neutral lens to prioritize behaviors and wellbeing, and make education part of every visit so you feel confident making choices that last.
Your first session with Agatha
We'll begin with a relaxed review of your medical history so I can see the whole picture, then talk through your routines, goals, and what has or hasn’t worked before. There’s no need to have everything figured out, this is a judgment-free conversation. Together we'll choose a couple of manageable steps and a way to track progress, so you leave with clarity and a plan that fits your life. My approach is practical, flexible, and grounded in helping you build habits that actually stick. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from those navigating weight concerns to those just looking to feel better in their day-to-day.
