About Abigail

My training at Rutgers University, where I earned an MS in Clinical Nutrition, laid the foundation for how I practice today. As an RD with one year working in hospital settings, I learned to translate complex lab results and medical needs into practical, evidence-based plans. Based in Mountaintop, Pennsylvania, I bring warmth and curiosity to each appointment. Outside of work I enjoy strength training, yoga, long walks, hunting down local coffee shops, and cooking nourishing meals that actually fit real life.

Your first session with Abigail

We’ll take time to understand your full health picture, reviewing medical history, current eating habits, symptoms, and any lab work or biometrics you bring. From that foundation we’ll identify short-term, realistic goals and begin a meal plan tailored to your life. This visit is collaborative and low-pressure, so you don’t need to have everything figured out. Expect clear, actionable steps and a supportive space to ask questions as we start building lasting habits together.
