About Abigail
I earned my MS in Nutrition from Georgia State University and have practiced as a registered dietitian for three years. My experience in clinical, private practice, and corporate wellness settings allows me to provide personalized, well-rounded care. As a Registered Dietitian, I believe your journey to wellness should be as unique as you are, and I focus on helping you build sustainable habits that fit your life. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and traveling.
Approach to care
Food and health are guided by science, but change happens one practical step at a time. I combine current evidence with an empathetic, nonjudgmental stance so we can explore what truly works for you. We’ll focus on behaviors and sustainable routines rather than weight as the only measure of progress. I aim to educate and empower you so decisions feel clear and achievable. Together we’ll set direct, actionable goals that support your life as a whole, not just your plate.
Your first session with Abigail
Expect a warm, low-pressure visit where we’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you can share. We’ll talk about your routines, what’s been helpful or frustrating, and what matters most to you. Together we’ll pick one or two short-term, achievable goals so you leave with a clear starting point and a plan we can adjust as we learn what works best for your lifestyle.
